Contact the OnlineVisa.net editorial team
Last updated 12 July 2026We’re a small, independent editorial team, and reader feedback keeps our guides accurate. Here’s how to reach us and what we can (and can’t) help with.
What to contact us about
- Accuracy reports — an outdated fee, a rule that has changed, or a factual error in a guide. These are our highest priority.
- Broken official links — if a link to a government portal no longer works, tell us which page.
- New guide requests — a destination or topic you’d like us to cover.
- General feedback — suggestions to make the guides clearer or more useful.
How to reach us
Email is the best way to reach the editorial team. Use the address published on this page (or in the site footer). To help us respond quickly, please include:
- The page URL your message is about.
- The specific detail you believe is wrong or missing.
- Where possible, the official government source that shows the correct information.
That last point matters most for fee and rule corrections — a link to the official portal lets us verify and update fast.
What we can’t do
- We can’t submit, expedite, or check the status of your visa application.
- We can’t issue, refund, or influence any visa or authorisation.
- We can’t give personalised legal or immigration advice.
For any of those, contact the official authority named in the guide for your destination — find it via our country directory.
Response times
We read every message. Accuracy reports are actioned as quickly as we can verify them; general enquiries may take longer. We can’t guarantee an individual reply to every message, but corrections that check out will be reflected on the site with an updated review date.
